Information On Returning Merchandise
- Call for return authorization.
- Package the products for shipping back to us.
- In the package, include a note telling us what you would like us to do - exchange, return, etc.
- If you charged the item(s) on a credit card, include your credit card information. We don't keep credit card information and may need it for issuing credit, billing a difference, or for shipping charges.
- Send the package to us using the method of your choice.
We are committed to satisfying our customers and will accept return merchandise for almost any reason. If you'd like to return something, please contact us and make arrangements prior to sending it.
Returns that we must repackage or those that are not in "like new" condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or more. Chain that has been cut into loops and/or used is not returnable. Boots or clothing that has been worn is also not returnable.
