Harvester Head We carry harvester bars and chain for both the large 3/4" pitch and the smaller .404" pitch chain. We offer solid bars with sprocket noses, solid bars, and replaceable-sprocket-nose bars. We can also supply double-ended slasher bars. We have a large inventory of Oregon harvester products, but other brands are available by special order.

404" Pitch Solid Harvester Sprocket-Nose Bars

Oregon® solid harvester bars are made of high-grade alloy-steel . The nose sprocket features patented Cradle sprocket-tooth design, which gives an exceptionally strong and reliable sprocket nose. The bright yellow bar body comes in both .063 and .080 gauges.

.404" Pitch Jet Fit Solid Harvester Sprocket Nose Bars

Oregon® Jet-Fit® harvester bars allow harvester operators to change the bar and chain on their machines in about 30 seconds. Solid-body Jet-Fit® bars offer all the durability and performance of Oregon® Solid Harvester bars and run heavy-duty .080"-gauge Oregon® 18HX chain. They work on harvesters with a 15mm wide Jet-Fit® mounting slot and work with both automatic and manual chain tensioners.

3/4" Pitch Harvester Bars

Oregon® 3/4" pitch harvester bars feature solid-body construction and are made of specialized alloy-steel material for rugged performance. These bars are so tough, they can usually be restraightened if bent during cutting mishaps. Available in either:

Replaceable-sprocket-nose design. This offers superior cutting efficiency and maximum bar and chain life. The patented Cradle™ sprocket-tooth design results in the critical nose-sprocket area being strong and reliable. Because the nose is replaceable, when the tip becomes worn or damaged, a new nose can be installed quickly and easily.
Armor-tip design. Superior performance in abrasive cutting conditions. Ultra-tough wear resistant alloy is welded to the bar's nose.

Double-Ended Slasher Bars

Oregon® 3/4" pitch slasher bars are made of specialized alloy-steel material and feature a "double end" design for use on slashers. Grooves are .122" for use with 11H/BC chains. Three mounts are available, which fit: FEC /Hudson, CTR, and SDR slashers.
